At r24live, we believe loyal members deserve more than an ordinary gaming experience. The r24live VIP Programme is designed to reward every step of your journey with us — with increasingly generous rewards, more personalised service, and more exclusive privileges at every tier.
More than just rewards — this is recognition of your loyalty
The r24live VIP Program is more than just a points or cashback system. It is a comprehensive rewards system designed to ensure every loyal r24live member receives the treatment they deserve. As you continue to play and wager on our platform, you automatically accumulate points that raise your VIP level.
Every VIP tier opens the door to greater privileges — from higher cashback rates and wider withdrawal limits to access to exclusive game tables and a dedicated personal account manager available to assist you at any time. At r24live, we believe your loyalty deserves to be celebrated in a meaningful way.
One of the things r24live VIP members love most is the simplicity of our system. No complicated requirements, no confusing expiry periods. Every wager you place is counted, and your path to the highest tier is clear and transparent. We want you to focus on the excitement of playing, not on reading lengthy terms and conditions.
In addition, r24live VIP members enjoy early access to the latest promotions before they are announced to the public, special invitations to exclusive tournaments and events, and birthday gifts as a token of our appreciation. All of this is part of r24live's commitment to ensuring your gaming experience remains enjoyable and worthwhile.

Many online players have experienced the disappointment of a VIP program that falls short of its promises — points that are hard to earn, rewards that feel undeserved, or terms so strict that advancing tiers seems nearly impossible. At r24live, we take a completely different approach.
First and foremost, the r24live VIP system is transparent. You can clearly see how many points you have, how many more you need to advance, and what rewards await you. No unpleasant surprises, no hidden rules. We believe that member trust is the foundation of a meaningful long-term relationship.
Second, the r24live VIP Programme covers all game types. Whether you prefer playing slots, joining baccarat or roulette tables at the Live Casino, placing bets on EPL football matches, or competing in poker tournaments — every wager across every category counts towards your VIP points. Play whatever you enjoy without worrying about which games "qualify".
Third, we do not overlook new players. The Silver Programme is a welcoming entry point for new r24live members, with benefits meaningful enough to add real value from the start. This means you do not have to wait long before experiencing the perks of being a VIP member.
Fourth, flexibility in tier management. At r24live, we understand that every player has a different schedule and budget. VIP tier evaluations are therefore conducted periodically, and you will never be downgraded suddenly without notice. We provide a reasonable grace period to ensure you retain the tier you have worked to achieve.
Most importantly, the security and privacy of r24live VIP members are always maintained to the highest standards. All VIP transactions are protected by SSL encryption, and your account is continuously monitored to detect any suspicious activity. Your personal account manager is also trained to assist should any security issues need to be addressed promptly.
Beyond weekly cashback and higher withdrawal limits, r24live VIP members also enjoy a range of additional rewards that make the playing experience even more rewarding. These include more frequent reload bonuses, allowing you to get extra value every time you top up your account — especially valuable for players who are active several times a week.
Platinum and Diamond members also gain access to exclusive live casino tables unavailable to regular members. These tables offer higher betting limits, a more controlled and exclusive atmosphere, and dealers assigned specifically to premium players. The experience closely mirrors a top-tier physical casino, with the convenience of playing from anywhere.
For Diamond members, r24live also provides invitations to special events held from time to time. These may include exclusive tournaments with major prizes, special gaming sessions, or reward campaigns designed exclusively for the top tier. Details of these events are communicated directly to Diamond members through their personal account manager.
The r24live VIP Program is for adult users aged 18 and above only. Please play responsibly and within your means.
